Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market and currently redefining the standards of the luxury property sector, intends to reinforce its dynamic Residential team with the integration of a Consultant for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:

• Market prospection – property enlistment;
• Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers;
• Support to real estate commercialization strategies;
• Achievement of objectives previously established (quantitatively and qualitatively);
• Conducting visits;
• Conduct the property brokerage process to its conclusion.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Real Estate;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point);
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (other languages will also be valued);
• Excellent commercial instinct;
• Excellent analytical, planning and negotiation skills;
• Thorough attention to detail;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Team player and ease of communication;
• Proactivity, assertiveness and resilience.
