Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Agency - Offices Department with the integration of an Office Advisory Consultant for its Lisbon office.
This role is designed for a professional with a solid analytical mindset, capable of translating market data and asset analysis into structured insights and strategic recommendations for corporate occupiers.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Providing strategic advisory support to occupier clients (tenant representation) throughout the office decision-making and leasing lifecycle, grounded in market intelligence and analytical assessment;
- Conducting detailed market research and analysis of the office sector to support location strategies, space optimisation, relocation and consolidation decisions;
- Analysing office assets from a strategic, technical and financial perspective from an occupier’s point of view, including suitability, efficiency, flexibility and long-term risk considerations;
- Preparing high-quality analytical and advisory materials, including market reports, presentations, teasers and investment memorandums;
- Contributing to the definition of occupier strategies, including location selection, space requirements, timing and negotiation positioning, based on data-driven insights rather than transactional execution;
- Monitoring market trends and emerging dynamics, producing insights to support both internal teams and client advisory;
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency between market research, advisory outputs and strategic recommendations.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Law;
- 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate advisory, consulting, research, valuation or a similar analytical role (preferred);
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights in a clear and structured manner;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality orientation;
- Ability to manage multiple analyses and meet deadlines in a structured environment;
- High sense of responsibility, rigour and professionalism;
- Strong team player with effective communication skills;
- Proactive, resilient and intellectually curious profile;
- Driving licence.
