Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Junior Property Manager for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Property Manager Role;
- Drawing up and managing budgets for common expenses;
- Organising assemblies and executing decisions;
- Preparation of reports;
- Preparation of the Capex investment plan;
- Supervising service providers;
- Contact with condominium owners and their representatives;
- Controlling the budget collecting/preparing payments;
- Recording expenses and income from condominiums;
- Control of bank statements;
- Updating legal documentation submit financial reports;
- Other tasks inherent to the management of real estate assets.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Minimum experience of 1 year in property management (mandatory);
- Good relationship skills with third parties;
- Agility in problem-solving;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Driving licence (mandatory);
- Possible need to travel within national territory.
