Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Architecture Department with the integration of a Junior Construction Coordinator for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Coordination and management of construction teams;
- Execution and follow-up of works planning schedules;
- Site management;
- Control of contractual deadlines execution;
- Costs control;
- Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;
- Construction quality control;
- Preparation of periodic progress reports;
- Implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;
- Execution of provisional handover minutes;
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred);
- 2-3 years' professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision;
- Knowledge of the Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel tools;
- Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
- Planning and organisational skills;
- Orientation towards deadlines.

- High sense of responsibility;
- Team spirit and ease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
- Driving licence.
