Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Architecture Department with the integration of a Junior Construction Coordinator for its Lisbon office.

 

Key tasks/ activities:

  • Coordination and management of construction teams;
  • Execution and follow-up of works planning schedules;
  • Site management;
  • Control of contractual deadlines execution;
  • Costs control;
  • Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;
  • Construction quality control;
  • Preparation of periodic progress reports;
  • Implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;
  • Execution of provisional handover minutes;

 

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred);
  • 2-3 years' professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision;
  • Knowledge of the Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel tools;
  • Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
  • Planning and organisational skills;
  • Orientation towards deadlines.
  • Rigour and excellence in carrying out tasks;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Team spirit and ease of communication;
  • Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
  • Driving licence.
