Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Finance Department with the integration of Finance Assistant for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/activities:
- Provide administrative and backoffice support to the Finance department;
- Update finance spreadsheets;
- Account reconciliation;
- Manage and process invoices;
- Managing accounts payable and receivable (communications with suppliers and client collections).
Requirements, Skills and Experience:
- Technical course and solid knowledge in accountancy;
- 1-2 years of previous experience will be valued;
- English fluency;
- Strong knowledge of Excel tool;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong organisational skills, planning, dynamism, rigour and proactivity;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Strong sense of commitment and organisational involvement;
- Assertive communication and effective conflict resolution.
