Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Finance Department with the integration of Finance Assistant for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/activities:

  • Provide administrative and backoffice support to the Finance department;
  • Update finance spreadsheets;
  • Account reconciliation;
  • Manage and process invoices;
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable (communications with suppliers and client collections).

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

  • Technical course and solid knowledge in accountancy;
  • 1-2 years of previous experience will be valued;
  • English fluency;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel tool;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Strong organisational skills, planning, dynamism, rigour and proactivity;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Strong sense of commitment and organisational involvement;
  • Assertive communication and effective conflict resolution.
