Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its Residential team with the integration of a Real Estate Consultant for its office in Lisbon.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Market prospection – asset enlistment;
- Support to real estate commercialization strategies;
- Achievement of objectives previously established (quantitatively and qualitatively);
- Conducting visits and other activities related to real estate mediation.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point);
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (other languages will also be valued);
- Ability to plan and organize;
- Rigor and excellence in task execution;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team player and ease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness and resilience.
