Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Marketing Department with the integration of a Digital Marketing Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/activities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media;
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content;
  • Work with the department Director and manage the team and other stakeholders to maintain Savills’ digital presence;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques;
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels;
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience;
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content;
  • Follow up all tasks inherent to the website backoffice.

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

  • Academic background in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or similar;
  • Minimum 5-6 years experience in similar roles;
  • Previous experience in the real estate market will be valued;
  • Full professional proficiency in English – frequent communication with the international team;
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends;
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments;
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices;
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends;
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
