The Challenge

We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to lead, grow and elevate a high‑performing residential commercial team in Lisbon.

This role is for someone who wants more than managing deals.
It’s for a leader who wants to shape a team, define a strategy and make a mark in the market.

 

What you will lead

  • Build and lead a top‑tier residential sales team, setting standards, pace and ambition.
  • Own the commercial strategy for residential sales in Lisbon, aligned with market opportunities and Savills’ global positioning.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing.
  • Set, track and exceed KPIs, with a strong focus on performance, accountability and results.
  • Support and lead complex negotiations, high‑value clients and strategic mandates.
  • Create a culture of excellence, discipline and commercial hunger.
  • Work closely with marketing, research and operational teams, leveraging Savills’ full structure to maximize impact.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends and competitive gaps — and act on them fast.

This is a role for someone who wants to win market share, not just manage what already exists.

 

Who will succeed in this role

  • Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams (residential real estate preferred).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Natural leader and motivator, capable of building trust, discipline and high performance.
  • Sharp commercial mindset, with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and client management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience and ambition.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
