Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Property Manager for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Property Manager Role;
- Preparation of reports;
- Representing owner and their representatives, contact with tenants;
- Preparation of the Capex investment plan;
- Supervising service providers;
- Updating legal documentation submit financial reports;
- Other tasks inherent to the management of real estate assets;
- Drawing up and managing budgets for common expenses;
- Controlling the budget collecting/preparing payments;
- Recording expenses and income;
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of in Property Management (mandatory);
- General knowledge in Real Estate
- Good relationship skills with third parties;
- Agility in problem-solving;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Driving licence (mandatory);
- Possible need to travel within national territory.
