Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Property Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:

  • Property Manager Role;
  • Preparation of reports;
  • Representing owner and their representatives, contact with tenants;
  • Preparation of the Capex investment plan;
  • Supervising service providers;
  • Updating legal documentation submit financial reports;
  • Other tasks inherent to the management of real estate assets;
  • Drawing up and managing budgets for common expenses;
  • Controlling the budget collecting/preparing payments;
  • Recording expenses and income;

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of in Property Management (mandatory);
  • General knowledge in Real Estate
  • Good relationship skills with third parties;
  • Agility in problem-solving;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Driving licence (mandatory);
  • Possible need to travel within national territory.
