Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its team with the integration of a Receptionist/ Assistant for its office in Lisbon.

 

Key tasks/ activities:

  • Front office duties;
  • Telephone and face-to-face service;
  • Preparing and supporting meeting rooms;
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards;
  • Provide support to the different departments;
  • Other tasks inherent to this position.

 

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Ease of interpersonal relationship;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and organization;
  • Good time management and prioritization skills;
  • Good presentation skills.
